It’s a shared festival memory box. You and your crew shoot one locked disposable camera across the weekend and tick off the bands you saw. Nothing’s shown back to you while you’re there — that’s the point. When the weekend’s done you close the box and it all develops at home: the photos reveal, and on a paid pass you get a one-second film, your Festival Wrapped and a warm written Roundup.

It’s a keepsake, not a photo dump. And it’s yours to relive year on year — then build up all over again for next year’s festival.

We sign you in with a secure link sent to your email — pop your address in and we’ll email you a link. One tap and you’re in, no password to remember or forget.

If the link’s not landed, give it a minute and check your spam folder before asking for another.

Tap Start your box, give your festival a name and a date, and that’s it — you’ve got your own private Hub, the build-up front page for the whole crew. From there you can bring people in, fill in the key info and start the countdown.

One box is one festival. You can run as many as you like over the years.

The Hub is a feature board that wakes up as the weekend nears. In the build-up you get:

• a shared To Do list so the crew knows who’s sorting what;
• Key Info — dates, gates, camping and the lineup link in one place;
• the Lineup, pulled from the festival’s own site, with “want to see” votes;
• Weather, Getting There with map slots, and the Meet-me map;
• and the Memory Wall for messages and in-jokes.

On the Key Infopage, paste the festival’s website URL and we’ll go and read it for you — dates, lineup and the bits that are easy to get wrong — so you don’t have to type it all in by hand.

Members are the mates who are coming — they shoot the shared roll and log the bands with you. Followers are the family and mates watching from home — read-only, along for the build-up and the developed memories, and always free.

Members count toward your crew on your plan; followers never do.

On your box, open Manage your crew. There’s a tab for each: pop in a mate’s email under Member to bring them into the roll, or under Followerto wave in someone watching from home. Everyone gets their own secure link to join — they don’t need a password either.

Only your crew — the people you’ve invited to that box. Boxes are private by default, and access is checked on our side, not just hidden behind the link.

That’s the Meet-me map. We pin the festival and hand everyone in the crew their own little square on the map, each with a daft three-word name. Lose the group? Just say the words and head for your spot. It loads once and works with no signal after that.

The crew roster also shows everyone’s name and the contact number they’ve chosen to add, so you’ve always got a way to reach each other.

Closer to the date it’s a proper forecast for the festival’s spot. Further out, when no one can really forecast that far, it shows the typical, seasonal outlook — so you get a sense of wellies-or-sun-cream — and it sharpens as the weekend nears.

When the holder closes the box— that’s the trigger. Once the weekend’s done and the box is closed, the locked roll starts to develop, grain and all.

You can have it all reveal at once, or turn on the daily dripso a few new photos develop each day across the comedown week — a little something to look forward to while you’re missing it.

On a paid pass, closing the box also brings out the keepsakes:

• your one-second film — everyone’s little clips stitched into one montage;
• Festival Wrapped — a swipeable recap of the bands you saw and the standout sets;
• the Roundup — the warm, written story of the weekend;
• and the whole box, downloadable as a .zip keepsake.

Yes — that’s the bands-seen archive. Tick off every act you caught, give it a rating and a one-line note, and (on a paid pass) pin your own photo to each band, so the set and the shot live together.

There’s a free tier to get a proper feel for it, then Pro at £19.99/year and Pro+ at £24.99/year for the full keepsake and a bigger crew.

A genuine taster: a box, a few mates, a shared bank of ten shots and a basic recap. Enough to feel the magic. The bits that make it a proper keepsake — the one-second film, your Wrapped, the full roll, the downloadable box and the year-on-year passport — sit behind Pro.

Yes — that’s the whole idea. The annual pass is held by you, not charged per festival or per person. One payment covers every box and every crew you run that year, each with its own roll and its own people. The mates you invite pay nothing.

They’re the same full set of keepsakes — the difference is crew size. Pro covers up to 10 contributing members per box; Pro+ stretches that to 25 for a bigger crew. Followers — family and mates watching along — are always free on either.

Paid passes are an annual subscription handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. It renews yearly and you can cancel any time. See the Terms for the detail.

Cancel any time from your account — your pass simply won’t renew at the end of the year. No phone calls, no hoops.

A lapsed pass only means you can’t record new festivals on a paid tier — a new box drops back to the free limits. The past stays untouched.

Your boxes are private to your crew, access is enforced on our side, and undeveloped photos are hidden from everyone until they develop. We don’t sell your data and we don’t use your photos to train AI. The full picture — what we collect and why — is in our Privacy Policy, and the cookies we use are covered in the Cookie Policy.

You can delete a box or your whole account whenever you like — deletion removes the box’s media and revokes follower access. The steps and what we keep (only minimal payment records where the law requires) are set out in our Privacy Policy.
